A full day Caribbean cookery course where you learn hands-on ways of cooking Caribbean food for the modern lifestyle. Learn how to mix a traditional rum cocktail.
Our chef will teach you how to make
2 delicious starters (hot and cold) such as Saltfish Salad, Stuffed crab or Breadfruit croquettes
1 main such as Chicken colombo with Sweet potato and plantain gratin, a Creole Casserole, Breadfruit gratin, coconut and nutmeg spinach or a fish stew
1 dessert such as Flambé Plantains, Rum mango and pineapple, coconut tiramisu or papaya crumble
